Lower Case was founded in 2010 by Jamie Stewart and Ryan Arnold.
When we created Lower Case, we were faced with one undeniable fact: the last
thing the world needed was another merchandise company. North America, has no shortage of custom apparel printers who supply clothing and decorate it with artwork supplied by a client. Generally speaking, these companies source goods from a small group of manufacturers and offer a handful of decorating techniques. It’s a commodity industry with businesses competing to drive volume and lower costs by providing a systematic, formulaic approach to their service.
From the outset, Lower Case was designed to be different. Instead of trying to pass customers through a cookie-cutter system, we work hard to understand their brand identity, their needs, their budget, their fans consumer behaviour and the objectives of their merchandise program. Then, we develop graphics and products to connect consumers with our client’s brand.
